I'm doing intermittent fasting for breakfast I take ragi kool and for lunch an apple/egg for dinner oat& banana.... Doing some light workouts but the result is so slow, I've been 115kg and now 105kg in in 2months I want to go into 100kg soon so i can do some intense workout...
