Could this be the final small Sedan for Chevrolet? With the Cruze being discontinued this leaves the Chevy Sonic as the final small Sedan offered by Chevrolet. How long will the Sonic last?

I had a 20`3 Sonic with the motorcycle dash style. I hated that there was no temp gauge. I kinda like knowing my engine's temperature. :)

I didn't see a 2021 Chevy Sonic spot online at www Chevy.com. They should keep making these cheap eco boxes they're good on gas and have a nice low MSRP!

Sonic needs to bring back the temperature gauge. I like to monitor the coolent temperature. If you wait for the Hot Light to come on your already way too hot and your car is already smoking.

Dammm, it is a big difference between this car in USA and Mexico. In Mexico the “LTZ” version don’t have that equipment.

$21,065 is the MSRP on this vehicle. There are additional savings with rebates from GM and then the dealer.

Does the Sonic for 2020 have the Start/Stop option like the Malibu's? If so is there a way to disable it like the Malibu's?

The Spirit of '76 no. The Sonic has the 1.4l turbo found in the first generation Cruze. This means it has less hp then the new Cruze but it doesn’t have the issues direct injection and the auto start stop have. I would say overall the engine is reliable. However there are some issues with things like the water pump but GM has been good about fixing them for free. I have a 2019 premiere hatch and it’s a very nice car. My suggestion is buy it during a sale. I got mine with a manufacturer rebate of 20% off last year right around Easter if I recall correctly. If you can get it on sale it’s a great deal.
