We got a sneak peek at the much anticipated 2020 Jeep Gladiator. This mid-size pickup truck rides on an extended version of the Wrangler platform, so, it's like a good thing, but more of that good thing. Micah Muzio had 20 minutes to shoot it and talk about it. Here's almost six minutes of pure Gladiator-ness. Are you not entertained?
Correction: The 3.0L diesel specs should say 260 hp and 442 lb-ft. Sorry for the error!

What do u define as insane prices? Cause if u think they're gonna be selling like hotcakes then the price won't really be insane then. It'll be appropriately priced to meet the demand of a product people will want. What u as one person, thinks the pricing should be doesn't really matter as the market will dictate the price.

This new Jeep is very cool 😎. Great second or third vehicle. It looks like it will do very well especially in the wintery cold states or for people that appreciate the outdoors. Definitely looks like a best seller for the company. Definitely a head turner 😎😎😎

This will probably cost as much as a fully loaded full size pickup but will be way smaller, slower, and less equipped

The 3.6L gas & 3.0L Diesel engines will both have the same power output? I saw you post for both engines a 285hp & 260lb-ft power output. If that’s the case, I’d go diesel

Did someone mess up the diesel power figures? the eco diesel is a 3L v6 making 240hp & 420 ft# why would jeep make a JL with a 3L v6 diesel that has 285HP and 260ft#. i think someone got something wrong. man does the rubicon look good in KTM Orange.

Seen several of them around Michigan for awhile now, they should sell well. There are companies that have been making Jeep pickup truck conversions for sometime now, several in my town alone.

I loved that truck as well. The best way to get away from the police was to drive up the steep hills. And that truck was more than capable. Plus the customization options were good.

This thing is kinda awesome. Its a convertible pickup, a hard top, a soft top, you can drive with no doors. Pretty awesome

I really like where the wrangler (and variations) is going with design and features. Keep it simple and useful. Most people I know couldn’t care less about performance numbers. Now if they decide to build it reliable like A Tacoma... wishful thinking I am certain.

If all that stuff (and the seats ) were removable it would be way cooler Those bins will crowd the floor if you want to use that area for storage. Like duffle bags or big suitcases I took all the underwear bins out of my truck already

I would expect at least a $5k premium over the current JL. You can get a new JL from a dealer for right around $30k so I would expect you to be able to pick up a sport model for around $35k or so.
