So much good stuff in here! Thank you for putting this together. I do want to point out that the timing for the up B wall jump will differ depending on the slope of the wall and whether or not the up B was started while touching the wall. It's very consistent on Yoshi's since it's mostly flat vertically but dreamland and FOD can feel like RNG. I've only ever been able to get the walljump on dreamland and FOD at the very top where the ledge is. Coincidentally that's also where the wall is the most vertical. I'm not a big enough nerd to know the specifics of why this works this way but it's something to remember when going for the up B walljump!

There’s no one web page sadly, just gathering a bunch of individual outside resources. That, plus discussions with top players, is how I gathered all the information in all the guides. The fact that no real central Melee knowledge guide exists is why I made these. You can find a decent chunk of information on the Melee Library or on Smashboards threads, but it’s hard to find if you don’t know what to look for.
