What a sweet GT, man those whipple gen.5 superchargers look great on the coyotes. The hug throttle body and intake look awesome together. Very nice setup. Great job guys.
I have 2018 mustang got and I’m just curious if you may what would you suggest as my first upgrade be if I want more torque and hp I’m like thinking of a project car
I have a whipple running 13 degrees timing. Is that pretty normal? No boostane timing and with boostane. 2020 mustang gt 93 octane Gen 3 10 speed Whipple stage 2 Ful exhaust catless Headers 1050x
On your year the knock sensors pretty much determine what your engine likes. Many things play a role like IAT temps, octane, ECT, load, RPM, etc... So just saying my car is 13 really tells nothing because no mention of RPM, load, etc.. but just log your knock sensors to see if they are pulling. If you are talking redline on boostane yes that would be considered low if your fuel was good but if your fuel is not, which many people do not have good fuel even after adding boostane, then that may be what your car wants. High IAT can cause that also. Many things can cause it to be honest. Octane is everything.
Whipple is advertising 4-5 month lead time. We have them on order so if you want one better call us and get one of the ones we have had on order for while... or... you can order later but if they are sold you will have to be in line and deal with the lead time. THANKS. Side note, we have Roush Phase 2 750HP kits in stock.
Yes the second you go wide open you are way higher. Even at something low like 3000 rpms you are still 100 more torque and prob 150 more HP if not more.
Everybody has different reasons but one main reason many do this at the same time as the supercharger install is price. It is much less expensive for the additional upgrades from a labor stand point while a lot is already removed to install a supercharger.
We have the Roush on our 19 here at Brenspeed. Thing is it runs 2 more pounds of boost out of the box than the whipple because of pulley size. This cranks the torque up so when you compare the two it appears Roush makes more but in the end it runs more boost.
@@BrenspeedEngineering Coming from a guy who has owned both the 3.0 Whipple and now the Phase 2 Roush I'd say the Roush is more linear and out of the box faster.
