this would have been nice when my sister, sister in law, wife, mother in law, brother, brother in law, dad, all were getting their license. i honestly never use it but it's good to know it's there when 99% of my family drives my car.
I love my 3 series, the technology has moved on so much in the last 3 years. However it drives me mad when I reverse at home with auto-braking,. I’ve had to turn it off because once it braked because it didn’t like the change in Road camber to garage entry slope. Because of the lack of space in my garage it’s always a nightmare of alarms. If I don’t reverse slowly enough it will violently auto-brake before the car is fully in the garage. It needs more ‘cleverness’ so that it can recognise the situation.
@@bmwlee7230 In Germany the "Parking Assistant" is standart. It has the rear-view camera, parking sensors, the reversing assistant and automated parking. It uses its PDC-sensors for it and not the cameras. The Parking Assistant Plus is optional and gives you three more cameras (on the front and in the mirrors) and the option to take the Dashcam (which uses the front camera).
