I've got a 1SS non 1LE. Came with Recaro seats, 6 speed manual all black. Had mine for about two years and I love it. Car is now full bolt on with a tune and is an absolute beast to drive. Manual was a must for me. 1LE wheel and tire upgrade is well worth the money. Gives the car a very different stance and handles like it's on a rail.
I had the 2017 1LE SS in Yellow and black. Best car I’ve ever owned and wish I would’ve never had traded it in. Go test drive one!! The suspension, steering and 6 piston Brembo brakes are top notch. Weight to power is also excellent. Great car for Tail of the Dragon in North Carolina.
Damn that’s a sexy beast!! I’m supposed to get mine any day now. 2022 2SS 1LE in black with a stick. Seeing this one just makes me that much more excited.
Me too I ordered mine from the factory. Didn’t get the 1LE package because I’ve heard some issues on reliability but obviously didn’t get the LT1 variant because it’s pretty hideous
It's great that GM makes the automatic for some unfortunately disabled people to still be able to enjoy and drive. Then again there was an amputee at the knee who was driving a manual scat pack with her titanium leg working that clutch like a boss. Said she just wouldn't give up the manual transmission experience that can't be matched. I get it. Great car though. SS 1LE is a beast car on the track. The manual transmission is just amazing, goes so well with that suspension tuning.
I've watched this video multiple times. It's like watching the commercial for my car, lol. I've driven a 22 2SS 10 speed car and it doesn't compare to the 1LE , there's a difference. The way the 1LE handles is amazing!!! My car is a 6-speed. I destroy 5 0's and Scats all day... Love the video about our car lol 😆
I’ve had a 2020 6 speed 2ss in market Again ima go down Chevy , literally gonna order a 1le 2ss , BUT THIS 10 speed is something else …. I had a 5.0 10r80 it was something else tbh but that 6th gen 6speed trans just god like
a little trick for every Camaro owner out there, lower your back seats fully for more exhaust and crackles sound :), at the end you wanna hear what the people behind you are hearing XD.

Just need some black Lugnuts on those wheels and it is perfection with a 6speed manual is the one to get rare sought after and they won’t be making any more after this next year get the six speed manual if you have any sense of collectibility enjoyment and future appreciation
Maybe I’m just being biased, but as soon as I see it’s an automatic in these 1LE review videos I skip it and go to the next one. It just seems wrong to me
@@SGO_ yep. I own this car with a speed manual transmission it makes the car. No exaggeration the 10 speed is slightly faster but don’t give me that crap about how it’s 2/10 of a second faster on the track most people are not going to track these cars they’re going to drive these cars for enjoyment the six speed manual is rare and in a few years you will not be able to get one. They will be sought after four years to come. With an automatic the car drives you. With a 6 Speed Manual you drive the car.
Bro said the 10 speeds are faster and is confused when people ask why he didnt get a manual. I understood that at first. But Then he proceeds to use paddles and shifts the maro like a manual, instead of letting the 10 speed do its job like he said 😂😂 shouldve got a 6ix speed you clearly realize the fun in controlling the car, no one wants to hear your paddles click, Seems to me bud was afraid learn to drive stick🤷🏽♂️( i got a 2019 1le)
Only issues with the SS LT1 is when people hear you driving away from a stop or look in the window of your car they get a big smile and chuckle hearing/seeing the 10A.
Beautiful car let down by an automatic transmission. This one won’t go up in value like the six speed manual will. Horsepower is lost through friction in the automatic transmission the manual has more horsepower at the wheel. Yes that automatic is 1/ 10th of a second faster on the track but you’re not going to track this car. With an automatic the car drives you with a manual you drive the car. People who drive manuals get respect for a reason they are a drivers car I’m so sad to see this automatic slush box. It will depreciate. Paddle shifters are for pu@@ies.
What’s with you manual people LMFAO, the 10 speed slaps the manual everywhere, it’s not just 1/10 faster. I’ve driven both, there’s a reason I bought the 10 speed. Also considering it’s a 1LE, people do track them.
@@CD-kx1ef it’s all about rarity and enjoyment. With the six speed manual it’s rare it puts you in control. With an automatic the car drives you. With a manual you drive the car. That’s why the six speed manual‘s have already gone up in value and will continue to do so. That’s what we’re talking about. You can save your the automatic slaps BS it’s 1/ 10th of a second faster for the idiot masses. People who know get the six speed manual.
