Thanks for the question. There is a camera icon in the infotainment screen. You can relocate that button by click and drag to a position on the screen that is easy to reach. When in a forward gear, if the camera button is pushed, the front camera will come on. Thanks for watching!

Thanks for the question. I have not tried to do that, but I doubt it's possible. There is a way to rearrange and add apps to the home screen above those icons, but not the Icons on the bottom that you are referring to. The only thing I can think of that may or may not work is to click on one and hold your finger down for a while (5-10 sec) and see if it then allows you to remove them or drag another down into that area. The owners manual only talks about adjusting the home screen apps, but does not give a way to rearrange or change in anyway the icons on the bottom. Hope that helps. Thanks for watching!

There is a on/off switch for the outlets that’s just to the left of the steering wheel. Push that on and you should have power to the outlet. Thanks for watching!

Thanks! Your welcome! To adjust the navigation turn by turn volume you can 1. Click on navigation 2. Click on the little box with the three dots in it-upper left hand corner or navigation screen 3. Then click on “map and navigation settings” 4. Then click on “navigation voice control” 5. Look for “navigation volume” 6. Touch the up arrow to increase the volume. Alternatively if you are quick enough, you can use the volume knob for the infotainment screen. But you need to be hearing a voice prompt from navigation while you are turning it up, otherwise it just turns up the volume for the radio not the navigation. Hope one of these helps. That would be a good question to ask the dealer. My guess is yes as all of the new systems update wirelessly and the built in navigation typically runs off an SD card. However, I’m not sure you would want to go to that expense. This truck has Apple CarPlay and android auto, meaning you can just use the navigation app of your choice that’s already in your phone, but because of Apple CarPlay (or android auto) will display in your vehicle infotainment screen. No cost to you, except data usage on your phone, free updates for life. Hope that helps. Thanks for watching!

OK, to get the Traffic Sign Assist to show up again, use the left/right arrow buttons on the right side of the steering wheel to toggle over to the "I" icon. Then if needed scroll up or down using the rotary knob until you see the digital speedometer. On that screen press and hold the rotary knob, it will bring up a menu that will allow you to turn Traffic Sign Assist back on. Thanks for watching!

Thanks for the question. The owners manual doesn’t state that info however it does say that it will hold Up to 700 folders. . Up to 8 folders in depth. . Up to 65,535 files. . Folder and file names up to 64 bytes. . Files with an .mp3 or .wma file extension. . AAC files stored on an iPod. . FAT16 . FAT32 I would use the fat 32 format, and be wary as larger USB’s often take much, much longer to index when plugged into the vehicle. Thanks for watching!

@@TwoGuysandaRide I formatted a 128 gig PNY USB 3.1 in NTFS and it seems to work just fine. Indexes fairly quickly as well. I have about 70 gigs of music files on it at the moment. Thanks for the reply!

Not sure but you can check by clicking the home button on the infotainment screen, then click on System, then go to the section on Vehicle Software, then click on updates. Congratulations! We’re jealous. In regards to the glitchy Bluetooth A couple of ideas to try are if your using an android try clearing the cache, if your using an iPhone choose “forget this device” and re pair it. Also try closing the other apps on the phone that your not using. In regards to glitchy CarPlay try a different lightning cable and see if that makes a difference. Thanks for watching!

@@TwoGuysandaRide I mean having the google maps (or waze) and radio functions on same screen. When you press the button twice it gives you the map or navigation that comes with the vehicle, not the traffic informative (cops too) on a split screen.

To turn on the intellibeam turn the headlight dial to either Auto or low beam, then switch back and forth 2x between high and low beams within 2 seconds using the stalk and it will activate. An icon will show up on the dashboard (picture of a headlamp with the letter A) when intellibeam is activated. Thanks for watching!

Thanks for the questions. The factory earphones that come with the vehicle use infrared signal to get the audio from the screen to the headphones. First turn the power on, on the headphone, then if you are trying to pair with screen 1 (behind the driver) select channel 1 on the headphone, if you are trying to pair with screen 2 (behind the front passenger) the select channel 2. Then play some media on your screen and adjust the volume using the volume adjusters on the head phone itself. That should do the trick. Thanks for watching!

If they are the factory headphones there will be switch on the right ear side on the top area just above the foam on the earpiece. It will probably list “1” or “2”. One is for the screen behind the driver, 2 is for the other screen. Those are your channel button selectors. You can also pair almost any Bluetooth earphones to the screens (each screen will pair separately). You can pair Bluetooth earphones by clicking on the headphone icon or selecting “Bluetooth headphone setup” from the Home Screen. Hope that helps! Thanks for watching!

If your trying to charge your phone from the rear household type power outlet in the back of the center console, you need to turn on the power using the switch that is located to the left of the steering wheel. If your trying to charge from the 12 volt outlet in the front or rear they should always work regardless of wether the vehicle is running or not. If your using a usb outlet to charge your phone, the vehicle may need to be running for those to work. If your using the wireless charger the vehicle needs to running or in accessory position (press start button with no foot on the brake). When using the wireless charger a light will come on in the infotainment screen by the phone symbol. When charging it will show a green lightning bolt. If no symbol shows up, pick up the phone, wait 3 seconds, and rotate it 180* and place it back on the charger. If the lighting bolt is yellow and not green, there is an obstacle between the phone and charging pad which could very well be the case the phone is in. If these ideas don’t work I would think about bringing it back to the dealership for repair. Hope this helps and thanks for watching!

Thanks for the question. The owners manual does not list a way to delete apps but it does talk about how you can move them around as there are 3 pages you can access. Is it possible you moved the app to a different page and it’s not appearing where you normally expect to see it ?here are a couple of thoughts I hope they help. The navigation software is contained on an SD card in the center console under the armrest. If you lift the armrest up you should be able to see it. Make sure it is inserted, perhaps eject it then re-insert it just to be sure. The 4 buttons in the shortcut tray at the bottom of the screen are not customizable to my knowledge and the green navigation button should be there. Is it possible you moved the Navi app to another page. Go to home then Scroll through each of your pages. See if you accidentally moved it to another screen. Navigation is an option depending on the Trim Level. If you have Apple CarPlay or Android Auto you can connect to the vehicle and use any navigation apps that you have installed on your phone in place of the factory navigation or incase yours didnt come with factory navigation

Oh the joys of childhood! Press the round power button just below the infotainment screen. Just a quick push right on the little power symbol. That is the mute button. Press it once it mutes the system, press it again it unmutes the system, press and hold it and it will power on or off the system. Hope that helps. Thanks for watching!
