I've watched a lot of bike video reviews, and I came away from my first of yours thinking it ranks up with the best of them. Too many miss the forest for the trees, spending all their time expounding on individual parts while letting the opportunity to describe what the bike is to experience pass by. You didn't. Moreover, you articulated it artfully. And I appreciate that.
Great review David, I really enjoyed it. Makes me feel even more happy about my recent 2021 Fat Boy (in Vivid Black) purchase. Like you, I love riding it and it's pretty cool too! I went with V&H Eliminator slip ons and the sound is just right for me. Thanks again, keep up the good work. Cheers
Great review everything you mention was spot on and why we love them. I have a 2009) 1200 sportster. I've owned 14 bikes since 1977 this one I can ride hundreds of miles a day in comfort can't say that of the others.
G'day from Nth Qld Dave. Great natural review as ever mate. I found the Sportglide more suited to myself, but that Fatboy look is iconic, thats for sure. Cheers mate.
Great review (again) Im a HD subscriber from UK- Have had two of these, a 2019 in blue and a 2020 30th Anniversary and everything you say about this bike seems spot on. Great looking, Great quality, Great ride. Cheers
I own a 2016 fatboy and i think its the best of all of them it came with a windshield i took it off hit the freeway came back home put the windshield back on. Left it on the bike ever since its got a racing cam with freedom exhaust. 110 motor black its awesome what i dont care for is the oversized rear tire on the 2021 model solo seat and the quietness make some noise let em know you are there just my opinion
Really like these bikes, but im not happy with the build quality. I've seen a plenty of 2018 models with chrome forks pitting and even Willie G replacement parts also pitting. The older models 2007 up are perfect.
The main reason we don’t see many of Fat Boy on the road is: Fat Boy are only good on Straight Lines * Not made for Road you have to Turn \ Sharp Corners, never heard from any reviews where the riders aren’t complaining about handling The Tiers are too Flat Just like the original Sportster Roadster Tires Changing to the right Tiers makes it to a Much more enjoyable Ride - Not only in a Straight Line
Great review 👍. I had 107 Fatboy for a day and it was great. Only thing that I didn't like was driving at slow speed in the city n filtering the traffic. Do you think the twin cam Fatboy is easier to handle in that situations? I'm considering getting one. Fatboy or softail slim
@@BigDavesPlace thanks for the quick reply 👍👍. Please keep on making more reviews like that. Your quality of photography is the best, specially the night shots of the motorbike.
