Great review.....my understanding is the reason for this transmission is so the Cayenne can have a higher towing weight. That is my understanding. I could be wrong ,I got married once. Again I liked the review.
I think you are probably correct. It does need to tow after all. Plus I believe this is a shared power-train between other products in the VW/Audi/Porsche group, and it happens to come only with the automatic. I laughed at your 'married once' comment. Thanks for checking this out and commenting!
SO glad you politely but firmly highlighted how ridiculous the concept of these SUV / Coupé vehicles are! Ok…so maybe it’s only me that considers them ridiculous but, no matter how cool most of them look nowadays,…what, is,..the point?! 🤦🏻♂️😆 You and your review style are top notch though.
Yes, for sure, I think you have a valid comment. I think the best way to understand them now is that the SUV/crossover is what the sedan used to be... so back then we had M5 and E AMGs... now we mostly have these. I know we still have M5s and E AMGs, but I think these days most people would rather buy these.
