48:10 your data on the chances for a reoperation later down the road is is contradictive to your other video "long term outcomes" ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-N2rP1qd3NHk.html which states that the longer time you follow up a previously fused patient the more likely for a reoperation to occur, which is more likely to be true from the pattern shown in most other cohort studies throughout the years especially with the likelihood of adjacent segment disease. Also how can you say from the 5 to 10 year mark shown in the video that the survival rate slows down exponentially and stabilizes when you've only followed up 39% of the patients, much lower % than those you followed up in the beginning of the study with shorter times post operatively, there is also no link to a published study for which the chart in your video is referenced from.
