@@jasminahodzic5506 Depens on a lot of factors, the mode you drive in, the way you drive, roads etc. Usually it’s 10L per 100KM, but on a long road in Eco Pro you get down to 7, but again, depents on the driver. Overall, very good car
I have this exact car and same year (brooklyn grey). Do you have a radar? I feel bad after watching this video, cause I haven't driven my car like this -- the way it is supposed to driven. Work from home and afraid of getting speeding tickets lol I am thinking about selling my x4 for a f-pace, what do you think?
Yes, I have a radar detector. That is big downgrade in my opinion. The X4 M40i is a way cooler and sportier car, and its right there with the F-Pace SVR in terms of performance, but with much better handling.
@@DMCarReviews I totally agree. This is a money move to get some cash in my bank, but I may have to find another way. I was several hours yesterday at a Jaguar dealership test driving used F-Paces, and the entire time I was like I cannot give up my car for this LOL, F-Paces are nice, but don't have anything on my car. I test drove this exact model today. I don't think I can get past the wind noise coming from the driver side window. Do you notice this as well? The cabin overall is quiet but the wind noise is very distracting.
Thank you! I will definitely try to film the M240i when I come across one. They are harder to find since they are fairly rare models, and most dealerships don't have any that are available.
Hey! If comparing to the X5 M50i, the X4 is a more nimble, athletic SAV. It does ride stiffer, and handles like an M340i. It's super planted in corners, and has incredible grip. I love the steering feel. It's tight and sporty, with excellent feedback. Acceleration wise, they are similar, and their acceleration results are +/- virtually on par. The inline 6 is more responsive from a dig, and has a smoother torque curve with linear pull getting very strong at the top. The electric motor aids in giving a powerful burst when you press the pedal at any speed. The X5 on the other hand is smoother ride wise, has good handling, but it's not as athletic as the X4. It sits higher and carries more weight, especially with the V8. The engine's power is very strong down low and mid range, but it is not a high revving engine. I do love the V8 too! The torque and sounds are super satisfying. The V8 may require more maintenance down the road as well. Also...most X5's, unless you opt for the performance tires will top out at 127-128 mph by GPS. The X4 does hit 155mph as claimed by the GPS. I love both cars. If you are looking for a smoother ride and more space with lots of space and want the V8 experience, go for the M50i. If you prefer a more athletic, stiffer, and more nimble option with a silky and powerful inline 6, that gives you incredible performance, and don't care as much about having additional space, the X4 M40i is the way to go. Make sure to replace the runflat tires with some good Pirelli P Zero's. Totally changes the handling and ride.
