Though this vehicle may get some buyers from the midsized SUV segment, however I dont think it is a direct competitor to the fortuners and monteros as those are PPVs.. While the tiggo 8 pro is more of a crossover as it is built on a unibody chasis.. Its competitors are Mazda CX8 and CX9, Hyundai Santa Fe.. And it lacks the off road capabilities of the PPVs too..
