pretty quick and fun cars. the cvt holds up pretty well on the highway and the car is really light. sure it may not be as fast as a mazda 3 turbo but it certainly is really fun and pleasant to drive

Just got mine today, very underwhelming… it can go loud just fine it’s just got no “kick” to it, the 8 speaker system vs the 12 with sub is insanely diff. Aftermarket sub and new speakers is def something to look at. Though I will say, it’s not AS bad as people tend to talk about it.. just like any base model civic sound system if you’ve ever heard one

Out of the two, Mazda hands down.

If you don't care about resale value and fuel economy, go with mazda.

Or interior space. The Mazda felt claustrophobic to me and had very little rear seat space and trunk space.

But it was too small so I got a sweet dodge charger instead.

And no CVT :)

Now and days due to the shortage you have to preorder them. And wait about 1-2 months for them to come in. Which is what’s happening to mine. And I would go to the actual dealership or call them up and see what they have available.

Go order a BMW 3 for $1000. You will be close on the price in the current market.

The Si comes with a 1.5T 200+hp engine, while the Sport gets a NA 2.0L with 158hp.

Old comment, but thought I might throw in some more info on the difference. Aside from the higher power figures, the Si also has a limited slip diff, which is an incredible feature for handling performance. The sport will put its power into the wheel losing grip, while the Si will put its power into the wheel that has more grip, that means you can accelerate out of corners with much more confidence. This is also great for winter driving, not that you should be pushing a car in bad conditions. Si is a stiffer ride for sure, and noisier inside, but a smooth quiet ride is not what you buy an Si for - it’s a fantastic entry level performance/enthusiast car. The Si will have a way bigger aftermarket available for anyone looking to get more out of it

Hi! There is definitely very noticeable wind, engine, and tire noise in the cabin.

@@DMCarReviews is your transmission made in Mexico?? I looked at one yesterday and was going to take it for a test drive today but mow after seeing all these negatives I might just go get the Corolla instead
