Great review, Honda has been my brand for 40 years and will continue to be . I drive a 2.0T 10 speed and I love it, I’ll be looking at the civic hatchback in touring trim once it arrives love the styling.
I just bought this exact same civic. Same trim and color. Past generations of civic have always looked like something an 18 year old would get for their first car. This gen civic is grown up and looks like an adults car I love it.
Sorry for the question, is EX-L a trim? I don’t see a lot of people mentioning it but it comes up as a search option & I’m not really familiar with it.
@@chrisgarcia4301 I went on my local Honda website. In Jax you can literally do everything on line with certain dealers. If the car of not available they call you with the expected date.
33 city and 42 highway! Isn’t is higher than Honda says? Is this what you guys got in real life? Agreed with you this color looks fantastic can’t wait for my 2023 Touring Season in this SGP color.
Just got a 2018 Sport Touring. Specifically went for the previous model cuz of the “ricer boy racer” looks. I do think the interior of the new model looks a lot better. But the previous owner of the 2018 installed a Type R spoiler and put on red Honda badges and Mugen, VTEC and Type S tags. I had to get it 🤣😅
Great review! Been hearing a lot of good things about the new Civic. Personally, I’m waiting for the hatchback with its more practical storage space and a more stylish rear end. The only issue I have with the look is the cutout for the hood. You can clearly see the contour and it doesn’t flow well with the design.
The exterior of this redesigned sedan version looks a bit generic. I prefer the more distinctive look of the new hatchback (really more of a slopeback). And of course you get a lot more usable storage space with the latter
Eye of the Beholder I suppose. The styling/proportions are an eyesore IMO - just like most modern Hondas. Plus, Honda build-quality now is just a shadow of their glory days (they are pretty average now).
