CH-R wins............... ( from this old model HR-V) until You need to use the back-seat, crampie............ very small back-side windows, doors won't open that far and.... if you don't mind the dark ceiling ( for ~$950 Toyota will change it for a lighter one) We had this model HR-V in 2021 with the 1.5Turbo CVT & MT(both 182 hp), we never had the 1.8L engine. Now, the 20202 model is much nicer, more modern with the new hybrid system only, so, no CVT, no MT. On higher speeds just a straight connection to the wheels, at lower speeds electromotor-drive only and the engine working, if needed, as a generator.
