man, the price-performance ratio is insane for 2022 scorpio. looks stunning, powerful engine and amazing off roading capability. mahindra really outdid themselves this year.
This color is looking so beautiful.. Performance of the vehicle is at par.. Lot of capabilities in new Scorpio.. enjoyed the video and patience and skills of driver..
Excellent video team. Just subscribed to your channel. I think you are the first auto journal to post this offroad drive review. Excellent job by Mahindra! Very capable SUV at this price point.
But the tall tail lights were the design elements of Mahindra Scorpio (2nd facelift) 2009. I think the designer try to bring back that popular element and not inspiration from Volvo.
I don't understand what is stopping Tata motors from a proper 4x4. Mahindra has to be given their due credit for understanding the pulse of the market. Tata is found wanting in this aspect.
Exactly it was disappointing when they launched harrier only in FWD and even more disappointing when they did same with the safari i mean how could u sell it as an suv if it's not 4x4
@@wolvrana1964 Precisely. Which makes it even more important that next generation Harrier and Safari are 4x4. If not, they'll just lose the race to Mahindra hands down.
I was thinking the same. The person said that the vehicle was sliding around a bit in the mud. It is to be expected with H/T ... if the vehicle was running A/T or R/T it would've made a significant difference. M/T, would be a beast.
Bhai same woho gai classic mere paas hai ...ABH ka error hamesha rahta hai ..aur ismain roof mount ac sirf higher top model main ho sakta hai jo ki hai nai...fir hai kya....
Also notice that tyre pressure was reduced for more grip. If it was on road tyre pressure it might as well have gotten stuck. Need off-road centric tyres atleast for 4wd options
I noticed some wheel slipping instances, Especially at 5:22 and 6:42! Is it some sort of ineffective traction/differential control or Due to regular city tyres?? Cause situations like these (Driving on a Muddy road) arise more than often in India!
@@itsgodzagain 6:42 was normal, it happens every time. The tyre was just pulled into the hole as it was already near the hole. It has nothing to do with acceleration, it would have still gone into the hole.
The Brake locking differential (BLD) is a very simple solution, but feel it will chew up the brakes quickly if we do significant off-roading in such conditions. A traditional locking differential would have been the best solution. But BLD is definitely a cheaper solution. Also the percentage of places where we need the differential locking is very less… probably
At the indian market price it would have some interest here in Europe also. However, with EU VAT and customs duty added to the price it just won't make any sense. It's a cheaply built, budget tier car on par with the stuff that comes out of china and won't pull any buyers at a 30k€ price point.
@@aheniche9222 without experiencing the practical thing , passing gratuitous comment is not a good deal bro. Yes some of Indian cars are cheaply built but these are new age Indian cars , with minimal Chinese parts (because of Atmanirbhar Bharat programme) with high quality , and here in India it costs arround 35439 USD . So you need to experience this first
Bro this variant of scorpio is much stable previous design body was very unstable shakes very much and got 0 star safety so to improve it they launch this new one
@@Zombot619 sorry but does wagon r comes with sequential LED's in tailights ? I guess no , wagon r tailights are so small and cheap looking, Scorpio's taillights looks gorgeous with those sequential LED's and feels more premium and big like volvo😍😍
Agreed, all the old scorpios have a very aggressive and bossy look. These days every car looks the same with the same modern type design. Old scorpios really have that charm
@@abhidahiya4007 well I'm just talking about the overall aura of the Scorpio and it's history. It has always been in a very aggressive state. The new Scorpio just looks like any other modern car. That's all.
@@itsshock5645 that so called Aura of old Scorpio is because local politicians, bahubalis and goons use it. Seeing how much new Scorpio is bigger while also being more butch, it will be preferred even more by politicians, bahubalis etc.
A true SUV doesn't comes in curvy look!!! True SUV comes in a bold, boxy, muscular taller design 🔥 and the rear look is looking more gorgeous 🔥 i saw these SUV in real life yesterday at the launch event it was looking awesome 🔥 with those sequential LED's in tailights and tailights are big and feels so premium just like volvo xc90 , every body in the launch event were so obsessed and praising the looks of the new Scorpio N....its gonna rock in the market now just like xuv700 , a true pure Real SUV, not like those pesudo SUV's in the market like the new safari
@@boleroscorpiosafarisumo Just being a troll. In Reality it's looks are decent and not horrendous as my comment. The third row could have been improved along with the overall rear looks. Good day
The rear tail lights are even more gorgeous 🔥🔥😍 it comes with sequential LED's in it and are big and feels premium like volvo xc90 and mahindra has maintained the DNA of long taillights of Scorpio 🔥❤️
There is a very one serious drawback in Scorpio which is third AC VENTS. Does this scorpio provide rear ac vents in third row...? If not, then why this car doesn't take care of passenger comfort in third row.? Can anyone answer me..?
