hey nicola! that’s a great question & you are right. yes, they normally offer you another contract. i was offered 3 in a row, however that was when i worked for them back in 2009,2010 & 2011! i actually had a contact for 2020 but one month before we started covid shut everything down! so this was more of a formality if i wanted to be considered for another contract
