In stead of looking at the volume control buttons on the screen, you could just use the steringwheel buttons. No need to look down.

That is a very good point. A volume dial is superior though as you can quickly lower and raise the volume. It also feels a bit more satisfying to use than a touch button. Merely my opinion though. I really am becoming a dinosaur. Hahaha
