I bought it directly from the austin racing site took about 2 months i think which was crazy usually i hear people talking about 6 month wait times because austin racing builds them per order. But I ended up selling this exhaust and going with the graves this pipe was just too obnoxious it makes the bike sound so good but when you are trying to cruise around and be chill its impossible the bike is just always stupid loud lol
The tuner i go to charged me about $250 for just the tune but i got lucky and didnt have to pay for the bin file from woolich because i shipped my ecu to them originally so they could gain access to one since nobody had sent in a gen2 ecu yet but someone else's ecu showed up a day before mine.... luckily woolich still hooked me up with a free bin file since i went through trouble of shipping my ecu in. Yea i originally got the akra link pipe and kept the stock can it sounds great with just that setup honestly but just not quite loud enough but this shorty is a bit too loud sometimes i feel like the side exit exhausts austin racing has would be a good in between
@@corbinroberts949 definitely, when i put mine on before i had flash/tune the bike was running very lean which my dyno guy confirmed. He told me its fine to just cruise around like that but not to do any hard prolonged pulls before i brought it to him for tune. But then again i remember watching one dudes video he has a 2022 mt10 sp and he put the austin racing side exit pipe and he was saying it smelled like it was running really rich smelled super strong gas fumes out exhaust, mine was not like that it almost didnt have any exhaust smell at all so you might just have to see how yours is but you still cant trust it there are usually lean spots in the factory map soon as you remove the cat it throws it out of whack

with just the link pipe and stock can its almost perfect, its loud when you rip on it and not obnoxious when your just trying to be chill and cruise. The austin is just always ridiculously loud is the best way to put it lol
Oh and im actually looking at the vandemon system now, sucks you have to get the whole full system which is like 2300 bucks but its titanium looks insane when its all blued out and apparently they say its 106db without the silencer, leon cutts on the mt10 fb group says he still loves his i think hes had it about 6 months or so. I might make a video this weekend of how it sounds with the akra link pipe/stock can im putting it back on lol
