My theme this 2023 is Action. Less thinking, more doing! This year I've been overthinking a lot of things when in fact I should just go and take action. Overthinking made me push and push back a lot of goals because I was overanalyzing the possible outcome! I got paralyzed. This year, I want to just do it, and if I make mistakes or fail, then just learn from it and move forward.

My theme is self dependence: Teenage years pass through very quickly and you realize there's a lot of things you can do now. So why not start building on your life skills? I'm planning to learn some basic cooking, learn about finance, be familiar with my surroundings so that i could go around my locality more freely. I got my license so i want to get used to driving everyday. Also learn to do basic things like sewing. And doing these things gives you more experience and you become more independent. Most of all studying is still important and I believe I will be able to manage time for that. If you keep yourself busy with life you won't get bored and even simple entertainments will look more enjoyable

I am so excited about my 2023 theme! My theme is: WANDER. I want to relax away from the trap of meeting other people's expectations and the false idea that my value is in what I can produce or accomplish. Wander to me means exploring new passions, going with the flow, prioritizing my creativity, and falling in love with myself and with life again. My theme is experience :) 2022 was a year of healing, closing cycles, isolation (which wasn't healthy), and "getting into alignment". It's like 2022 was me pregaming for 2023. the theme experience means a lot to me but it encourages me to get out of my comfort zone & is kind of like the building block for me committing to healthier habits. seeing where things can go, it challenges my inner skeptic. this is such a cool video, i hadn't thought of this idea, thank you and I'm wishing you a lovely 2023 🤍

My theme for 2023 is focus. I usually struggle as someone who is currently pursuing a potential ADHD diagnosis to focus on a daily basis, often lose things, often have a lot of clutter and just generally not being as organised as the average person. I plan to embody the theme by practicing regular meditation, reducing clutter and practicing good organisation (by deliberately creating a home for each item and those items only being in those places), finally pursuing the diagnosis (which is pricey), attending regular counselling sessions, practicing focusing on the present moment, and scheduling events to look forward to more regularly (at least once a week otherwise I go insane from feeling cooped up at home). I want to feel peaceful, free and excited. I want to evolve by reducing the mental fog, reducing the negative self talk that plagues me and to be able to embrace a healthier version of myself. I want to release that negativity, stress, people pleasing and the ever present feeling that I cannot do what I aim to do, because of the self doubt that I will never succeed even if it's something I've done before. I wasnt financial free until my 40’s and I’m still in my 40’s, bought my second house already, earn on a monthly through passive income and got 4 out of 5 goals, just hope it encourages someone that it doesn’t matter if you don’t have any of them right now, you can start TODAY regardless your age INVEST and change your future! My themes are flow, doing and healing. Sometimes I feel so stressed about things I can't control and always wish things would be different. This year I want to take it easy and flow with what life gives me and let it guide me to where I need to be. ❤️My theme for 2023 would be TO STRIVE. I have created a horrible habit of quitting or giving up when things dont go how I want it to go. So, to strive for the life I want but to strive joyfully not forcefully or in a stressful way.
