I am VERY excited about this one! SP Concepts invited me (well, my 2023 Road Glide CVO) to take part in testing the VERY FIRST M8 Full Length exhaust pipe prototype. Does the exhaust from the previous non vvt M8 motors fit on the 2023 and newer 121ci cvos?

Great question. I honestly have no idea. Could be a great forum question to those that may have tried. Not sure if there are differences in the pipe path on the different motors. Let us know if you find out. Ride safe.

Question , big question- I have a low rider ST 2024, if I put on the SP 4.5 big bore on it without a tune … will it mess my bike up ? I’m only asking because I don’t want to void my warranty, and if something comes up I will put back on my stock exhaust

Thanks for the question. I did a video of my 2022 LRST where I added the big bore, I was in CA, and did not put a tuner on for that reason. Still running stock to this day with no issues. Hope that helps, ride safe.

Thank you! It does not since I did not put a tune on it. They will not cover pipe issues obviously but the warranty will still be valid.

How can you get away with replacing the the full exhaust and not get it tuned? Does the new 121 have some sort of auto tune? I thing this would be perfect on my 23 Road Glide ST fast Johnnie.

Thanks for the comment. I am not getting away with not tuning, I am choosing to not tune until my warranty is up due to CA restrictions. If I tune it, it will void my warranty. What I have found though, with both my 2022 LRST and my 2023 RGST is that the computers are more advanced than in the past and do a good job of balancing the change. They do need to be tuned, but run well enough with very minimal popping and pipe colorization from lean operations. All in all, pretty happy with the changes and results until I can get them tuned. Ride Safe

@@justkillnbugz that makes sense. I'm in the same boat with the warranty concern. Screamin Eagle Pro street tuner is an option but, not sure that is the tuner I want to go with.

Thanks for the question. I did not have a test done on the bike before the changes, but I can say that feels much more engaged and responsive, plus sounds much better. I can say that I am sure there will be some clear improvements just with the fact that it's a whole new system. Ride Safe
