Hi Demi, love to watch your videos like Korea life and all financial advices, all are good and helpful. May I check for Frasers Green Bond, can i still buy now or can't?😅 And can u share mor on Reits buying cos i am interest but dunno how to buy it, thank you and jia you!❤
hello you can buy it in the open market with platforms like moomoo. For REITS i have this video - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-nEx_OX4toJk.html
I am thinking to open this hsbc everyday account but it looks the interest rate is only on incremental balance which annoys me like means thats not much, and looking at your budget only 4 dollar rebate... how do u use this account pls
Hi, why do you count cashback as income? because the cashback is deducted to your credit card expense, therefore lesser expenses. Instead of cash credited into your account. 🤔
Works both ways, up to how you want to recognise it. I just prefer it this way as it gives me an idea of how much cashback I’m getting and it’s above and beyond my expenses. I’m not spending less, I’m just getting a small “income” or rather return based on what I’ve spent.
Hi Demi, came across this video and would just like to ask for your advice. Currently, my fiancee is working abroad (Sweden) while I am currently working in Singapore. We were wondering if it would be a good idea to sign up for this card and pair it with the Amaze card to be used for the foreign transaction and my local spending. Or would there be any better cards you would recommend? thank you for taking the time to read this comment
Haha don't worry about it. Hmm I'd say it depends on if you're accumulating miles and if you're willing to "pay" the spread. The currency exchange rates are usually worst off as compared to using Wise, YouTrip or Trust Bank. But these don't give you any rewards, just better exchange rates.
