Yeah the 3 cylinder in this GM and the Ford Escape Dragon engine perform nicely for daily driving/highway driving. Just be religious with the oil changes, make sure the coolant level is good (as it cools the turbo and intercooler) and do a little cooldown drive/idle before shutting down the vehicle and there's no reason why it can't do 200k or more.

Good advice! I'm actually very careful with those things and make sure they are done promptly. This 3 cylinder engine is pretty new to me so I'm learning slowly. I don't drive like I did in the video by the way. That was just a little test as I was curious lol.
