Week 14 of my Ironman Training Vlog for the 2024 Ironman Chattanooga Race this September (among many other races throughout the season).
This is race week for my first A race of the year, Eagleman 70.3 in Cambridge Maryland. I took the workouts easy, and dialed in the bike and body to get ready for a great race day.

Saturday- Race Course Ride, Swim 🚴🏽 🏊♂️
Sunday- EAGLEMAN 70.3 Race 🦅 🌍
This vlog covers my daily training, lifestyle, and various other races along the way as I attempt to reach some new goals this season.
I race as an age group triathlete in the 35-39 division. My goals are to be competitive within the top of the field and to try to secure world championship qualifications, but at the very least I will be having all of the fun along the way.
