Mad respect for the training and racing schedule you are able to hold. Having a full time career and a serious running "hobby" is rough to balance. Love the no non-sense style, and the flirting with dry humour! Can't wait for your other race videos.

I just got there to help some friends for those last miles and saw you at mile 25, you definitely looked fresh 😁. 👍🏼 great recap and strategy for LAM some people start way to fast at the beginning (including me 2022🙈😆)
