A few months ago, I came two and a half minutes short of my goal to run a marathon under three hours. Since then, I've trained well, rested well through the taper, and had beautiful weather to race a hilly course. For the 2022 LA Marathon, I really went for it.
Thanks to ASICS for providing me a bib to race on and to Floris Gierman and his coach, Coach Jimmy Dean, for all their support with pacing.
