Here's what we ate this week and a tutorial for one of my favorite recipes: Garlic Pork Tenderloin.
1 pork tenderloin
4 garlic cloves
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 Tbs whole grain mustard
4 Tbs honey
2 Tbs orange juice
1 Tbs dried rosemary
3 Tbs olive oil
1Tbs butter
Preheat oven *350
Slice garlic cloves. Cut small slits in tenderloin and place a piece of sliced garlic in each.
In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, mustard, honey, orange juice, rosemary, and olive oil.
Pour over top of tenderloin and bake 30 minutes, or until meat is fully cooked at 160*
Remove tenderloin from dish and put on a plate covered with foil to rest.
Strain sauce in a fine mesh sieve and discard contents in the sieve.
Reduce sauce by half and add one Tbs of butter to melt into sauce.
Slice tenderloin to desired thickness and serve with sauce.
