I just bought a 2024 Camry LE which has the Blind Spot Monitor option ($680), and the Convenience package option ($600) which has the push button keyless start.
Just bought the 2024 in predawn mica gray, black interior. Love it. Live in Maine bought in New Hampshire. On my way back home turnpike driving I averaged 41.4 MPG. Wow
@@lindaa2437 I got one of the last FWD, I'm retired so I don't need to go out before the plows get around. Never had an issue on plowed roads. AWD no doubt better but lose a little gas mileage and more $$ up front.
👍🏻👍🏻 That is a lot of car for the money. That is a lot of miles too. If you want a affordable V6 it's now or never. But even this trim will last hundreds of thousands of miles.
Going to pick up my 2024 Camry LE on 2/29/24, electronic starter has to be install. Dealer may call today if it done earlier. Traded my mint condition 2004 LE/115,000 miles in for $2,500 2004 Camry LE been nice to me for 20 years that why I purchased a new 2024 Camry LE again yesterday/ $27,117 with: Full set of Floor liners/trunk Rear bumper appliqué Doors edges guard ( Purchased mudguards/ free installation labor )
Great video. Does the basic LE edition offer optional moon roof option and do you have an auto light button on the side for the headlights? So they are on all the time
This is beautiful Camry LE compared to the 2025 Camry LE which has a ugly front grill. Toyota please change the front grill for future Toyota Camry and make it similar to 2024 model.
Hi, Thanks for your review on this Camry LE 2024. I like the interior color, what is it called? Ivory? The outside pre-dawn grey is good with this interior color. I would like to trace the name
Thanks for the review. You look like a tall guy. I am a tall guy 6'2" . I need to drive 1 hr each way for my daily commute. Do you think the seat is comfortable for 6' tall guy?
I'm 6'3" and I rented LE version when I was in Phoenix this spring. The car was pure perfection. it was spacious for me, tech (Toyota Sense 2.5) worked surprisingly well. Engine coupled with extremely good transmission made me never press the pedal to the metal. It doesn't need to be pushed. Suspension was optimal, both for open roads and for curves. It was not US wobbly nor pointlessly hard (German cars). It was simply - optimal. Fuel consumption was almost nothing X) After 900 miles, I have 0 complains. It would be my choice for transportation. There is nothing else to wish for. Also, the price is incredible. It costs 30k, with 0 miles. If you check the prices of used cars, you will see that for 15k you can find only cars with 100k miles (1/2 of their life) With Camry on the market, it makes no sense to buy a used car, unless you want something for 5-7.000.
The new redesign has been confirmed for 2025 . This gen has been out since 2018 . Right now they are holding up value but when the 2025 come out these will drop dramatically.
@@TamlaPearsey the contraire the crown does 340 hp hybrid with turbo 2.4 . I strongly believe they will just dump that engine in the new Camry because what they did confirm was dropping the v6. And you'll be getting 29 city that's crazy
@@TamlaPearsey I'll tell you one thing Toyota has been reliable for one reason they don't make changes and they stay on the safe side . This is probably one of their few moves in engine (turbo) ....so now we don't know how reliable this new engine might be
thanks mates..but if highbred ,,just askin all what we see youve seen to us is all the same or maybe you say just think add some rechargeable batt fir Camry all all the same🤔..
For a base car is has good but of stuff and it’s reliable! Plus it’s a car under 30k. Pretty good value. I think blind spot monitoring should be standard on every new vehicle though.
@@beesechurgerwithomionif you and the rest of America learned how to properly position your mirrors you wouldn’t need blindspot monitoring. That’s what the mirrors do when positioned CORRECTLY.
I've driven 40 years and never had to put a spare on my car. In Canada I simply need to call CAA Alberta and they will replace a punctured tire.... You can also buy tire / wheel insurance from Toyota and they will pay for all repair costs, a loan vehicle and even hotel stay if necessary.
That sucks they didn't redesign it. I really wanted to trade in my MB CLS 400. So sick of random Mercedes maintenance issues that even Mercedes can't figure out. Oh well, maybe next year.
Totoya of Denton (Texas) Discounts LEs about $1600 off sticker. Just got a Silver 2024 LE 3 weeks ago. No dealer add ons. $28,450 out the door with TTL etc. Plus it was on the lot. No waiting.
Wouldn't buy any new cars at this point. Let ALL OF EM go bankrupt untill they stop the dealers from criminal priced markups. You can tout your prices all day on this chnll. but NONE OF EM are true. Intrest rates are stupid too. You'll be making a huge mistake buying at these prices. You should be preparing yourselves for the HUGE crash that is about to hit. Don't say nobody warned you.
people have been predicting a crash in car prices for the past 3 years. Hasn't happened yet. I finally gave up and bought a new 2024 Mitsubishi Mirage for 22k. Love it!
I got mine today paid 2.5k over msrp after all their fees and package they would not let me remove and it’s 14% interest but I put half down and I will be paying extra monthly and refinancing as soon as I can to bring interest down … I hope I don’t regret my choice but I needed a car after getting hit on my motorcycle
Cheap cloth seats but the worst thing is the weak AC compressor and with no ventilation for the rear passengers at base trim , if you live in states like Nevada and Arizona where five months of the year temperatures are above 100 , as for the rear passenger legroom is not even close to my 10 y old base trim accord which offers a lot more legroom with a lot better quality cloth seats
The Camry LE is the bottom-of-the-barrel basic Camry available with zero thrills. Get the Camry SE because you get a bit more for your dollars. Next would be the Camry SE with an XP option or Camry Night Shade, afterwards is the XSE AWD. The best of the best is the Camry XSE V6 fully loaded with the Cold Weather, Driver's Assist, and Navigation packages. Please omit TRD, LE, XLE, and all Hybrid models. Want a better sedan than the Camry, need to look into the Lexus ES. Forget the Crown because it is a Clown.
It depends totally on what you want..Im not looking for thrills, Im looking for reliability. The thrill of a car to me is avoiding repairs..There is nothing on the SE that cannot be added to the LE. The look of both cars are radically different..Although I'm not a big fan of either front fascia, the LE's front end makes the car look far more elegant, whereas the SE looks more sporty..However there is no question that the smaller but higher profile tires on the LE provide a much better ride..They also last longer..I rented a 2019 SE in 2019 and 3 of the 4 tires were already replaced before 38,000 miles..For me that is a huge factor..I like the look of the SE's wheels and tires much better but imo it is not worth the trade off of a harsher ride and less durability. I've been interested in both cars However the huge distinction between the two front ends and the difference in tire durability has kept me from being able to make a decision. Let's hope the totally revised 2025 model keeps some variant of the current non hybrid powertrain..If they go to totally hybrid power trains with a turbo option, I will probably buy a 2024 non hybrid instead. Toyota really needs to fix its inventory issues at the dealerships.
Lexus es especially if you want t to compare it to the crown platinum you need to get the f sport handling which is 55k the crown 53k. Crown has more hp and way better on gas. The crown also fully load with tech. So naw
Putting your filthy feet all over the brand-new carpeting that doesn't have a floor mat. You left the paper bunched up under the brake and gas pedal. You also left a big mess all over the center console and doors with your body oils you shouldn't lay all over someone else's car especially brand new one that someone is going to be purchasing that's fine if you want to lay all over your car interior, but you should respect the interior of a brand-new car that is not yours.
All cars get detailed before customer takes delivery. Most get detailed after I finish but I don’t think that little piece of paper would’ve prevented too much and it wasn’t exactly spotless when I got in 👍🏼
