Don’t forget to mention the problems on the TSI; losing power, engine light and EPC light coming on. Worst part is that VW always making excuses on why they can’t fix it, blaming quality of the fuel.
@@thabisomtsweni7287 , lucky you. They refused to change the spark plugs, even though I had a maintenance plan on the car. They said I must pay for them, obviously charging dealer prices, and if i took to a 3rd party place, then I run the risk of losing my warranty… it was a Tiguan TSi with only 50 000km. I sold it back to them.
@@mrhowmuch thank you for finally giving us the review Bongz. In terms of insulation, how does it compare to its rivals especially on the highways and does the engine make noise when you change down and overtake?
@@mrhowmuchyou're too fancy for me man. But since you're reviewing fancy cars now. Can you perhaps advice me on this. I am in the market for a 7 seater and my choices are these: * Volvo XC90 T5 diesel. 2015-2018 * Chery Tiggo 8 Max executive * Proton X90 (which I saw in person and it's a no go. But maybe you can add that one to your list? Cause it shares Volvo DNA?)
More than R450 000 for a Polo???? As a family man, it's not practical for me. I'd go for a 2020 XLT Everest. Top it up with warranty/service plan and I'm good to go....
You’re spot on Francis , I was recently looking at the prices of the previous gen Rangers and Everests , they have really dropped in price since the launch of the next gen models , I found a couple of decent ones around this price point.
Love your reviews but this is poor people finance. No sane adult would (or should) pay R8 900 for 6 years for a mid-level, non-performance, high-theft and hi-jacking risk hatchback. This is why Midrand boys have no furniture😅
It's overated car due to popularity at this price for half mill with 70kw.No ways there are plenty of options far better with more power and build quality, used Bmw 128ti.. Thanks for review
No way I'm going for a used GTi all day everyday what R400k for just an ordinary polo no.... I'm going to buy a used polo gti but still searching for a good car & better deal. Man car's are expensive in South Africa
Beautiful car but shuu price 😩😩, because the prices are increasing by 1st February 🤥now imagine with all option extras, but would go for demo one around 350k u can some few ones with full spec
I have been considering this car and thought of how my cousin brothers were obsessed with cars growing up only for me to come across your vid while looking up info👏🏾well done Bafo . You have put that love into good use man❤
Great stuff my guy, may you kindly review the Mazda 3 Sedan, I like how that car looks, hearing your views on the car will really assist me in making a decision
This is the exact car I drive, down to the color and options!... Love the fuel effeciency! On a good day I can get it down to 3.9l/100KM. Oh and I also use Naked Insurance for it!
I remember bro , Your spec is proper , after seeing your car that day I decided to find a similar one to review. if I were to buy a polo this is the colour and spec I would go for.
@mrhowmuch Thank you man, I've had mine since end of January 2023 and in the beginning I used to think it was a mistake, but fast forward 1 year later and I absolutely love this thing despite its terrible turbo lag
A beauty of note! Everything about her is perfect! 🥺🥺 … Those IQ lights are mesmerising. My favourite features are the adaptive cruise control and lane assist - those features are dream when I’m doing long distance trips. 😍😍😍
Just graduated from Uni and my mom is planning on getting me one as a 21st present. Do you think it's a solid choice? In terms of like maintenance and service and stuff over the Polo GTI? (Same year)
Well that gearbox messed me up financially, just a month after the warranty expired... The gearbox had to be replaced, followed by the water pump and flywheel all within 3 months. I had to get rid of the car quickly before disaster.
