Why wouldn't you want something to be better at something it's good at? Don't you want Greninja to hit hard and be fast? Don't you want Steelix to tank hits? It is literally Iron. That's like saying "Yeah this car is too fast and is made to be really fast so it doesn't deserve nitro."

Earthquakes are caused by sounds and some of Croagunk's dex entries mention it making weird sounds. Not to mention, being part fighting, it can punch the ground and possibly create an earthquake.

I think certain Legendaries don't get trapping moves like Mean Look because especially new players have a hard time catching Legendaries as it is so that would make it harder. Also imagine if something like Groudon used Mean Look during a Nuzlocke. That could be curtains for at least one Pokemon

Miracle Eye allows psychics to hit dark Soak allows electric to hit ground and dragon hit fairy (since it removes the ground or fairy typing and changes it to water) Gravity, Smack Down, and the Iron Ball item allow ground to hit flying and levitate (why i taught my groudon it, made end game level farming easy) the target item (forget the name) and an ability kangeskhan has lets normal and fighting hit ghosts.

This move might have been useful if it was Ghost or Dragon type. Most of the users can't hit things super effectively or only hit with resistance, an other handful don't get STAB, and the only Pokemon than can hit super effectively with STAB is Gallade.
