If you’re ever in that situation with the oil pan again, use a bunch of brand new sharp razor blades carefully and equally spaced around the whole pan instead of a wedge, if you keep worrying it eventually it comes free without bending the pan
Seal puller, slightly prying on each corner. Works like a charm. Sucks that you couldn’t check for rtv. I did mine and it barely had any on the pick up tube.
Are you planning on ever doing a brz port/direct injection kit on your car for better fueling to send it to the moon? You got the sti transmission to handle the power already. This build is my favorite vb build I've seen so far
Yes I definitely want to run a port injection setup. I heard IBR is in development for their spacers/adapters to fit the new brz manifold on the wrx. Eventually I will have to pull the motor to address the head studs.

I have no idea how u guys tend to blow up sooo many EJ/WRX motor .... the ones dat I've seen with no issues for 1000s of miles are the ones with build internals to handle above 500hp BUT they tune it to 400 - 450hp with 100 octane pump gas and not too crazy boost level .... I think Richard Hammond did the same on his WRX
Couple of questions… What license plate holder is that? Make or model number? It looks really good on white and not really dark and still allows for the numbers to be transparent. Are those tint overlays on the reverse lights area? What type are they and where did you purchase? And on the bumper… Are those some type of smoked overlays in the red reflectors? What type are they? Everything in the back looks smooth and subtle and not overkill with a big wing lol. I’m coming from a 2021 STI and will not be putting a big wing on the WRX. 😊. Appreciate your responses when you can. Keep up the excellent work.
Hey man. Thanks for watching! The license plate holder for the rear is just a random one I found on Amazon that looks good. I had it on my previous car and transferred to this car. Not sure what brand. The overlays for the reverse light and reflectors in the bumper I used Aeroflow dynamics overlays
5000TL quick jacks! They are nice when I have to use them for bigger projects. For smaller short projects I still use the jack and stands. The quick jacks are super heavy so it’s a slight pain to set them up. Once they are setup it’s great
Do you know what A/R is the g30-900? Mine just got here but I was told the A/R is .83 for the 770. Mine says 1.01 so I’m wondering if this is a 900 that I got lol…
