I have the same 6.2L trail boss with the same color and I love it. Only things I’ve done so far is blacked out all emblems, a muffler delete, and bedliner. Can’t wait to do more! It’s hard to find someone with the same exact truck to go off of.
Go ahead and order your tires now, they might be here by the time those wear out. Lol. The wait for lift kits or tires right now is absurd! Trucks looking good! Keep up the good content.
The offset looks great...I thought it was gonna hang out too far. But it doesn't. 22's are a bit much for my taste. I'm a more tire, less wheel guy, but I'm also old. Old dudes like bigger tires...
Hey screw liking the boss!! Also wondering if you had a recommendation on a tuner, I know you used 5star on baby squat but didn’t know if you still were into them. I have a 16 Silverado 1500 high country with a k and n series’s 77 cold air intake and the borla cat back dual exhaust on her. Was looking to add some better throttle response and torque/hp so any advice would help!! Thanks
Hey man, Im buying a 2021 trailboss as well, I currently have 22x14 fuel octanes on 33s. Did you have to install spacers on your trailboss like the black one you showed in a earlier video? Any feedback would be great, im currently waiting on a chip for my truck 😕
I balance wheels daily, I always use black weights for black wheels. I don't understand why some shops don't care enough. Did they clear the front calipers without spacers? Great video BTW!
Just to be clear , your trail boss has a factory 2”lift all the way around ? I have a Sierra x31 no lift so I’d like to know so I can compare and figure out what I need to do. Your response is appreciated brother
Maybe to level it out, leave the rear stock and put a 4 inch rough country in the front! Think it would look sweet! Truck also looks sweet with the 22s and 33s! Looks like a hot wheels!
Do the offset and width cause suspension wear over time? I have a 2014 I just bought and would like to change the wheels out. Have kmc 18x9 with 33” AT tires now.
Ti each his own, to me I think it's a cross over between a low ride and off road, im just old school either off road or low ride not half and half, but thats me, to each there own.
these wheels fit on without any extra lift, suspension, or leveling kit? Just straight from the factory? ive got a 2021 RST, so would i be able to fit this same size without any lift?
I see a lot of these black wheels with a lot of white trim like yours. I’m not sure how much all that white wheel trim will look on my red hot trail boss. Thoughts?
Any rubbing ? I have a 2020 TB and this is exactly what size wheels and offset is looking to get but been nervous to pull the trigger cause I didn’t want to lift or cut anything
If you don't have to cut trim anything -do you really want wide wheels bro? Hahaha.. on my 21 I had to trim a bunch of the fender liner and that metal plate is the b*itch that will still rub unless you want it to take a cut wheel to it
