I have followed most of your Colorado Trail Boss videos to mod my own. I love the fact that it is an affordable blank canvas to make your own. Definitely paving the way to help other people to make their own changes!

Completely agreed. I have had a lot of fun trying to find things to change and Upgrade on this truck with the limited things available for it right now. The vent rings look custom, and pro-installed. The grab handles too. The color match looks great I've been toying with a blinking brake lite for a bit, Yeah, I 'need' one. My neighbor has the LED wheel well lights. She can dial them in to any color. I bet they do red real nice, lol

Thank you. Haha ya I have looked at the wheel well lights. I'm just not in the mood to wire more lights right now. I actually just got done installing some other lights which I'll have a video on soon.

I like those grab handles. And I have a few third brake lights in my cart waiting to get one. And also bought that $250 roof rack off of eBay. I should probably make a video. But had to make modifications, scratched the paint because I installed it at night by myself . still have to do some testing at higher speeds for vibrations. Looks good though.

E-bay sells carbon fiber vent rings for Chevy blazer 2019-22 for 12 bucks. These also fit my 2023 Chevy Colorado trail boss.

i just installed the 3rd brake light today. it works great including the flash. one question for you. the white light. is that something that comes on in reverse? I was struggling to get that to work as far as i could see.

It's the cargo light. You turn it on in the settings in your infotainment center

Great video! I was going to get the ZR2, but I ended up getting the Trail boss as well. I pick it up on Saturday. I am definitely going to be doing a lot of the upgrades you did.

Ohhh very nice!! Ya I almost went with the zr2 but didn't want to pay that much and didn't want to wait. I'm very happy with this choice!! I hope you enjoy as well

@@TonyTheTechnician I am looking forward to getting it. I read reviews on how it was cheap looking inside, but when I sat in it today, I didn't feel that way at all. It's not exactly a luxury model truck, but definitely not cheap. The dash display was impressive

I didn't have to do anything to the ac rings. The ones I have mount over top of the existing ac ring

How do you control the different settings of the back light?

The switch on the back allows it to be a solid brake light or a 3 blink brake light. As far as cargo light that is turned on in the settings of the infotainment center

Not a lot right now. Waiting to get it in for a wrap here soon just trying to get another 100 miles on it so I can do fluid flushes and then we will get it wrapped and go for some drives. I'll make sure to shoot some videos

In the third brake light? You have to go into the infotainment center and turn on the cargo light
