Do I do this as my only workout on a certain day, or can I do some Yoga Asanas, or weight training before this workout, or do I do those after this training…Can you Please take out some time and answer, as to how I fit this programme into my daily routine.. Also do I do these everyday.?
Super HIIT workout, Holly. Nice selection of different moves and great with the 3 round format. People can hit it even better in each round and feel a sense of improvement as their movement and coordination gets sharper. Carlos & Bex x
