I did it. Couldn't do that crab one coming up from hips, so did it sitting down. But thanks. You are a great motivator.

Do I do this as my only workout on a certain day, or can I do some Yoga Asanas, or weight training before this workout, or do I do those after this training…Can you Please take out some time and answer, as to how I fit this programme into my daily routine.. Also do I do these everyday.?

Super HIIT workout, Holly. Nice selection of different moves and great with the 3 round format. People can hit it even better in each round and feel a sense of improvement as their movement and coordination gets sharper. Carlos & Bex x

If anyone checks the comments so long after this was put on YoTube: suggestions for options for the Alternating Knee Drives? I'm so uncoordinated I do hardly any reps in the 30 second segment.

Can someone with bone on bone on the right knee do this workout without harm? Are there modifications that can be made?

I wouldn't do any of the jumping. Take that out and you should be okay. Definitely listen to your body. Pain = stop.
