Great as ever. You should think about creating an app for content such as this like Fitify has done. I'd use it /buy it especially if the routines had a preview feature for each exercise so I can see what I am supposed to be performing. Thanks for all your hard work and help on this channel. Bob

Thanks Bob! I actually do have an app called Redefining Strength On Demand. It is all 5-15 minute burner follow along workouts. :-) All my video replays in it (which are 5 minute workouts) are all free to if you do want to check it out!

It is my group training facility in Costa Mesa. Essential for home workouts? To use at the gym? Anything specific in terms of essential? Because I would say there are different pieces I would use at a traditional gym than buy for home.

Many of the exercises for bad knees actually would be great too for just overall leg strength. I do also have some squat variations! :-)

They are tough on the abs and quads and definitely require you to make sure your abs stay engaged so you don't load your low back. But they are fun and hard!
