@@BecomingSunshine YOU are an angel! Also, I would definitely recommend spreading lots of Biscoff or a some sort of chocolate spread like vegan Nutella on some toast and top it with sliced strawberries. 😋
Good for you!! so proud of you. I need to learn from you. I get the same way prior to a meal. I always seem to be very worried about the amount mostly. But I do have many fear foods as well. i get so confused more than anything. thank you so much for sharing your thoughts and emotions. Youre not alone. i pretty much have the same thing all the time. its mostly things that make me feel less guilt.
@@BecomingSunshine Thank you,I will try. i challenged myself at dinner a little bit. i added cheese to a half a steak sandwich which i normally would be afraid to do. i had a small spoonful of macaroni salad which is also a fear. the mayo scares me. crazy for saying that, but i would be lying if i didnt. you did a great job on your challenge.keep going,and i will look forward to your next video!
As a kiwi we love Milo too 😅 I remember eating Milo tablespoon at a time as a kid. Never got into putting it in milk though as it never mixed and floated on the top and I'd cough from inhaling it when I tried to take a sip haha. Been years and years 😂
