Keep going mate. A lot of us are struggling and while we all can't get up and take off, even though we want to, we do so by watching you. Inspirational and thank you.
You’ve got your soul truly above ground dude, I wish I was as fortunate to live off the land and see you’re daily experiences riding ‘solo’ as such... Keep your chin high and look after yourself 🍺😎👍🇳🇿
What a gorgeous spot! Nothing better than being out in nature and doing a bit of adventuring 🤗 Don’t know about all those snakes though! Lol they really freak me out 😅
Hi new subscriber here too, I came across your channel from your I’m not ok vlog. Hope you are doing a little better and Thankyou for your honesty and allowing us a snapshot into your life. Loving the posts of your outdoor adventures and whilst I can only live it through your posts for now I feel as though I am there along with you and can almost feel the breeze and smell the salty air 😂 Thankyou! 🇦🇺
You have no idea how happy I was to see this video. I was thinking of you the other day and was worried with you not posting anything since your "I'm not ok" video. Hang in there and just keep up the great work with your videos. You've made me want to visit snake island now lol.
Found you from your last video. It's nice to see men opening up about their feelings and issues. I see it more in my own life as well even with some older fellas. I hope you're getting along and I'll be looking forward to the next video. Take care.
Good to see your back an ok brother...your not alone brither stay ztrong we are in for the ride to but together we are all going to pull threw this..stay strong bro🤘🇭🇲
I’m glad to be subbed to your channel, you’ve got a lot of great info to pass on. Love the look of your ute/camper, I’m inspired to get a similar rig and get out bush a lot more before old age slows me down too much. Maybe I’ll see you on the road.
Love it 😎👌this is going on my 4WD to do list. By the way, check out “tier gear” in Tasmania. He makes lightweight hammocks specifically for sleeping in. There’s a main rope that goes from tree to tree and the hammock hangs off that. Basically means you’re not sleeping like a banana. I’ve used it numerous times on multi day hikes and sleep like a log.
Good on you mate. Sometime you need to step back and have time out just for your self. Hope your 10 days away was a great time. LOL Good video to mate. No snake last night or you have 1 eye open. Cheers.
You could see my legs & arms were shining in one scene's from all the sunscreen I had on 🤣 it was too hot to have any more clothing on. It was a 40 degree day and my tarp did nothing for keeping me cool. I just had to keep jumping in the water to cool down 🤣
Thanks mate 👍 I actually couldn't use half of the footage I filmed. The wind was that strong and because I was around water a lot I couldn't use my mic a lot. So the wind just ruined it all. I hate when you don't realise how bad it is until your home editing lol. At least I managed to salvage what I could. I think the video still turned out alright
Great vid mate 👍yer everyone needs time out some time alone its soothing and time to think clear the head and realise how lucky ya are realy or make things better 🙂
Another great episode...I think Cam from Wild Touring might have got bogged at that dam...just wondering what the name of it is please and which brand of hydrated food did you have? We want to give it a shot
Definitely planning on doing that mate 👍 hardest bit is finding beaches around here you can legally camp on. They are very strict here about camping on beaches
Hi mate hope your doing well. If you ever come back to sa an down the burr way we will have to catch up an go on a epic camping trip to make a video for you
Thanks mate 👍 unfortunately it will be quite a while before I'm back down that way again. I just can't afford it at the moment. Still trying to get my life organised here before I think about trips back home. But we'll catch up again in the future 👍🍻
Just make sure to keep ya chin up mate such an amazing place over there money is the root of all evil hey . Yea yea we will catch up again some stage in life even if it's another 20 -40 years
@@Campingdownunder yeah my man for sure. Always watch ya vids when they come up. If we don’t have decent reception we watch them whenever we get a chance. Catch ya soon!
I enjoy your videos and I do subscribe to your channel but was it really necessary to cook that Maron while it was still alive? Just like lobsters, these creatures do have nerves and they do feel pain, nobody wants to have their life ended by being cooked over a gas stove. 👍
The marron had been put to sleep overnight in the fridge which is the humane way as we'd caught them the night before & I had them for breakfast. They definitely weren't alive while cooking them. They were cut completely in half & had their insides removed. The legs was twitching but it definitely was not alive. I wouldn't do that
okay I didn’t hear the first part of the vlog I only knew about the other Snake Island with all the Tiger snakes I wouldn’t camp there overnight it’s bad enough walking around during the day they are everywhere
Just stayed by the water the entire time 🤣 I also had my snake bite kit, ZOLEO satellite communicator, hand held UHF plus there was about 20 cars surrounding me around the island that I could have called out to if anything happened. I tried to be as prepared as possible 👍
