This was an EXCELLENT work out. What I liked: no idle chatter. No repeating rounds of the same stuff. The count down clock, and the preview of the next exercise. I’m a senior and can’t do all the stuff, like getting on the floor, but these are easy to make adaptions to (plank up against a wall, sitting on a chair to do the scissors). I will be back to do this again.

My first completed tabata after giving birth, go me! Im 2 months PP and I kept with your workouts throughout the pregnancy and started to get back into exercise around a month ago. It's hard working out with a newborn and it's hard to get your body moving as it used to, but I am back to my pre-pregnancy jeans (which do not yet fit as good as they used to, but we are working on that) and Im so glad I stayed active during pregnancy, it kept me sane ;)

@@Dave-zx8bk in retrospect, it was much easier than working out now with a baby, but she seems fascinated by either me moving or she watches Anna ;) sure my last months of pregnancy I wasn’t jumping, as it feels as if you were jumping with a 3 kilo kettle inside, so I focused more on strength workouts. But it’s doable and it kept me sane and my midwife says it helped me deliver smoothly;)

I was on my periods and i was feeling so lazy and unproductive,so i decided to do this workout,and oh my god this workout made me feel amazing! Literally killed me! But as they say,what doesnt kill you makes you stronger! So grateful that you post these videos,truly help me stabilize my emotions

You guys have the best fitness channel ever! I love the consistency, and you guys are very straightforward. I had a personal trainer but it got too expensive after a few months and I wouldn’t know what to do by myself at the gym. Wow this is painful!! I’ve started adding small runs to your workouts and if combines so well, took me about a year to build up enough strength though and even now I’ve had to pause twice!! It’s so worth it though and if it wasn’t for you I wouldn’t be where I am thank you❤

It was my first try with this channel. Not only did I not understand half of the exercises but the lady was doing them so fast that by the time I had more or less figured a way to do them by watching her, it was already over so I had to rewind. Also, I hurt my ankle because because the video didn't explain how the heck you're supposed to carry your entire weight on the side of your foot at minute 22:15?! Oh, and no WATER break? I had to constantly walk back to the computer and pause the video (and interrupt my streak) in order to drink... Most other workouts include the water break so you don't have to pause again and again :(

I disliked 4 abdominal exercises in a row. I also wish for exercise periods longer than 20 seconds. Too short. Makes the 20 minute work out seem too long. Longer exercise periods, 30 seconds or more, make the whole session feel shorter in my mind

any "tabata" work out is always going to be 20 second long and 10 sec rest. Most of her regular session are typically 50 second working periods, so would check those out!
