TIPS FOR PEOPLE STRUGGLING - hydrate before and during the workout -improving your cardio by running, biking, swimming etc will make keeping up with these videos alot easier -dont be afraid to pause! I started off 2 years ago pausing every 5 minutes to catch my breath. Now i can follow along just fine. - Make it your routine! The more you do exercise, the easier it will get You got this!

Hi Anna! I may do this one on Tuesday as I like doing all fitness in the morning hours and this won’t air for another 6 hours... at 16h00 Paris Time. Loved it!! I usually turn the volume of these workout videos down cause I get tired of the typical non copyright music pretty fast. But in this one, they were all popular and uplifting songs and you did a great job arranging them so they were in sync with the exercises. It felt really motivating! Great workout thanks!!

Hi Anna, what I love in your workouts is that they are really fun and the music is awesome. Also, you could easily make it advanced depending on the effort you put. Tabata could be very taxing if you want. However, if it is not your day, you could only have some fun 😊❤😊❤

I love Anna's workouts. Would love to do more back-body work tho, for triceps/rear delts, rhomboids, &, reverse planks, swimmers, reverse snow angels, hamstring walks etc. I feel like from sitting at computers and driving I don't want to make my shoulders and chest any tighter!
