Just tried this one directly after your 30 minutes glute & core HIIT. It was perfect to get the heart rate up and the first workout killed my glutes 😅. Love your workouts, beats the treadmill every time 🏃🏻‍♀️🙏💪🏼❤

I’ve been doing your workouts for well over a year and about 3 months ago, I had a foot injury and was in a medical boot for 2 months and on strict rest for another month after that. Today was my first day back, your tabata videos have always been my absolute favorite and this was the perfect reintroduction back to working out!!!! Thank you for all that you do 😍❤️

I just want to thank you, Anna😭❤. You are my source of motivation and helped me create a workout routine that works for me. I always struggle a lot with completing workouts because I am a person that can't deal with something I haven't done perfectly at the first try, and today was the first time I completed this workout without giving up, although I haven't done everything perfectly fine. Omg it’s so hot in Miami when it’s not raining and to make everything better my AC broke it was 90 degrees in my house we had to go to a hotel and Ik that for other people that make that not be that hot but I’m just not used to that in my house and trying to sleep at night with the heat but these workouts are amazing keep doing them ❤❤

Sorry I don’t share this information. To be honest, my fitness watch isn’t accurate and I know calories burned is so different from person to person. I hope you understand 🙏🏼
