Metro is coming up in all cities, it won't just be Delhi that has the Metro. It's just a temporary thing. I don't understand why people bring up Metro

Bro Banglore's metro got better rating & technology than Dehli metro as many localities & foreigners say this and also the BMTC has a wide network of 6798 buses to serve Banglore city only. 😄

@@narasimhadeshpande4278 It doesn't matter of bangalore's metro is as good as Japanese, what's important is coverage of the metro. In Delhi you can rely on metro to go literally anywhere in the city with few remaining places being connected by under-construction golden and pink line extension. It will take time for other cities to catch up. Plus I don't need to compare the traffic and roads of Delhi and Bangalore. It's obvious. DTC has more number of buses plus they are far more modern with half of them being electric.

@@CW-rx2js It will take years before other cities can catch up to Delhi in terms of metro coverage. Even Jaipur has a metro, that doesn't mean it can be compared to Delhi. Coverage is more important tha just merely having a metro line.

Height limit is 500 m, but there are additional restrictions such as proximity to security installations, airports, military zones , etc

It will take time for you to see the progress even though a lot of buildings were constructed in the frame of 2014 to 2021 it looks like it has slowed down but the one thing I can tell you is that the BBD chawl redevelopment is finally making progress

There are cities other than Mumbai & Delhi. You have to put some developmental parity or all the old cities are already overwhelmed and will be thrown into crisis. This can happen in developed countries too. New York currently has an internal migration crisis.

Funny enough that surat is much more cleaner than mumbai lol. Also within just 3 4 years GIFT city has rapidly taken off. Just wait for semiconductors plants in dholera to be completed and see the rapid progress there. Unlike mumbai, those cities are planned, have advanced traffic and drainage management and can be expanded a lot. Will see you in 20 years from now on.
