Hello. I love the excercises. What weight would you recomend for me? I am a 180cm tall female, in a solid shape, but my arms are not too strong. I am thinking between 6 or 8 kilograms? Thanks im advance, regards! :)
the Slam Ball used in the video was 5kg, but you should always ensure you're using an appropriate weight for your own abilities. Let us know how you get on with these exercises.
We'd advise that slamming exercises are performed with a slam ball as they're designed to absorb the impact and not bounce. Otherwise, yes all of these can be done with a medicine ball 🔥🔥
Thanks for your question, slam balls can be used for so many different exercises, they’re perfect for getting a full-body workout. Traditional, overhead slams work your triceps, biceps, shoulders and core. However, you can get way more out of your slam ball. Give some of the exercise in the video a try and see for yourself 💪
