This is a gentle bedtime yoga stretch routine to help you sleep well. This is great for winding down and relaxing at the end of the day. We do all seated and supine poses (some kneeling, no standing) to move and stretch the entire body. At the end of class is open-ended Savasana. I guide you through the final relaxation and leave you with around 2 minutes of Savasana music. We do not close the class together so you may stay in Savasana as long as you like. This is so kind of you two. Chose this one for Bedtime Yoga because it's social with >1. Such beautiful piano music. Turns out your lovely deeply relaxing voice is what made me gently sleepy in the first five minutes - maybe a good reason to keep doing these in pairs. I'm not sure, but have you or RU-vid deleted videos of you? I had remembered one of you, something 45 minutes long. It was about shoulders. You were outside on a wooden porch. It was only four or five positions. Eagle arms, fish pose, probe cactus. And I think you were wearing a pink tank top.
