25 Min Calorie Killer Kettlebell Workout | Full Body HIIT

This Calorie Killer Kettlebell Workout | Full Body HIIT is a mixture of strength movements in a short amount of time. We will have 2 blocks of exercises, each block contains 4x supersets and we will perform each superset for 2x rounds in a row.
We will perform each movement for 35 seconds and we will have 15 seconds rest in between.
In this kettlebell workout I`m using 12kg kettlebell of Kettlebell Kings:

Please find below the script of today's Kettlebell Full Body workout:
BLOCK 01
1. Goblet squat front press
2. 4x mountain climbers & donkey kick
3. Deadlift upright row knee tap
4. 4x high knees 4x tap downs
5. lateral lunge take over row
6. X-flat push ups
7. Lying hover press & front press
8. Ice skater tap downs
BLOCK 02
1. Plank jack shoulder touch
2. Knee lunge to front lunge
3. Gorilla side walk & jump
4. Pullover to front raise
5. Plank get up kettlebell taps
6. Kettlebell Hike
7. Knee tap jacks
8. Good morning to hanging biceps curl

Great channel. This is my third kettle bell routine from your channel. This one has been so much more difficult for me. Very fast paced for me but I finished it. I had to pause a couple times but I’m grateful for the routine. My goal is to get into these 15-25 minute workouts for now just to get me back into the swing of things then I’ll bump it up. Wooi!. This one got me good !.

This is the real and utter challenge.... Probably the first time I failed some sets or not completed some till the end... the plank jack + shoulder tap was particularly challenging after the knee lunges + front lunges. This was the killer set for me. Then the plank getups with the kettlebell touch is another one for 30 secs.... and again - where is the Afterburner???
