This 25. Min. 25 min. GREAT FULL BODY Resistance Band combination Workout | FULL BODY STRENGTH Workout is made up of 3 x blocks of exercises . Each block contains 3 x exercises and each 3 x exercise for 3 x rounds. We will do each exercise for 40 seconds and we have 20 seconds rest in between.
BLOCK 1
1. Front Squat + Overhead press
2. Deadlift + Bent Over Row
3. Banded Push up + knee Tuck (R/L)
BLOCK 2
1. Reverse Lunges + Hammer curl + Upright Row (L)
2. Reverse Lunges + Hammer curl + Upright Row (R)
3. Hack Squat + Shrugs
BLOCK 3
1. Squat + Front Raises
2. 3 x Triceps extensions + 3 x Lateral Delt (seated)
3. Wide Stand Full deadlift + wide Stiff leg deadlift

Daniel, I have mixed feelings for you: I hate you during the workouts and swear a lot, then after it I feel good so I love you, but I hate you again in the next morning when I can't get out of the bed... 😂 jokes aside, you have the best workout videos on RU-vid. I just traveled out of the country to ghana. And was wondering how I will keep up my workout regimen. I bought resistance bands thinking they were short ones they turned out to be long ones. I did not know what to do with them. The manufacturers workouts were useless then I stumbled on this channel. Just finished all three blocks and I can say I feel amazing. Just like I had gone to a gym. Thanks man. My trip is finally complete

You make pretty clever combos with the exercises and that can save a LOT of time. It is particularly useful for us who have a main sport and cannot do insanely long routines regularly.

Great workout, thank you a lot! The more I train the more I can see myself getting stronger. Pushups have always been a killer for me but I'm able to do more with the bands now than before!

I love your workouts Daniel, they are the most intense workouts I've found on RU-vid and the most versatile, from KB, to Bands, to body weight. I love the mix up, I usually burn about 5 to 700 calories on your workouts and as a Licensed Massage Therapist and the amount of massages I do 5 days a week, which actually focuses a lot on sports and clinical massage, I need to have energy and stay healthy . Thank you for what you do.

I"ve been given strict instructions from my chiropractor to dump weighted leg workouts, like squats and DL. I am limited to band work only. I am healing a pelvis issue. I have to focus 100% on my glutes. Ummm.. Your booty tells me you know a thing or two about glute work. Thankful to find your channel. I'm sad I can't do weighted work but this actually looks fun. Thank you!

Thanks Destiny, band workouts are a great alternative when not being able to use the weights so don't be sad but use the time to heal your pelvic floor and hit your muscles with a different training approach! :) I have lots of mini band workouts and also my legs and glutes program can be done by using bands only. Good workout. Tried that this morning. I enjoyed the compound movements. I can't wait to try the other RB Full Body Workout you posted to compare. Looks like this one can be done also with dumbells or, even better, with DB and RB together.

omg I loved this one, broke a really serious sweat! Would you know if on the second block, during the lunge curl, is the curl supposed to be a lot easier than the pull at the top or is it a resistance band issue? thanks!

I would recommend you get a set with different long band resistances...a lot of companies sell them as a pack now. Get one where you have a light, a medium and a heavier one - then you will be perfectly equipped for all kinds of exercises and workouts :D

60 years old you mean?! why not? the human body still works the same way and even some of the fitness experts claim that due of the joint issues resistance bands are having less impact on the joints (not my opinion). Hope this helps!
