Thanks, RD Fitness team, for sharing the amazing home workout routine! I've been doing it for a week now and feel more energetic and active. For the first week, I did four days of workouts with two days of rest (not for cheating!), ensuring 7-8 hours of sleep and detoxing my body. It's important to let your body adapt to these workouts. Before starting, spend at least 10 minutes on cardio or stretching, especially before Plank exercises to avoid muscle tightening. I do two rounds of workouts, totaling 50 minutes with 10 minutes of cardio. Remember to take breaks, drink water, and monitor your breathing when feeling exhausted. Thanks again to RD Fitness-I'll keep you updated!"
