Follow along with the workout above. I'll coach you through the entire workout, providing form cues, motivation and modifications along the way.
It looks like this:
✔️ 5 Circuits (2 Consecutive Moves Per Circuit)
✅ One Dumbbell Arm Exercise
✅ One Dumbbell Ab Exercise
✔️ 30 Seconds of Work on the Arm Exercise, 30 Seconds of Work on the Weighted Ab Exercise (one minute of work total), 30 Seconds of Rest
✔️ Repeat Each Circuit x2 Sets

1️⃣ CIRCUIT ONE: BACK
Strength: Single Arm Balance Back Row
Abs: Single Arm Plank + Dumbbell Push/Pull
2️⃣ CIRCUIT TWO: SHOULDERS
Strength: Kneeling Dumbbell Press + Figure 8
Abs: Half Kneeling Chop
3️⃣ CIRCUIT THREE: CHEST
Strength: Chest Fly
Abs: Chest Press + Double/Single Leg Kick Out
4️⃣ CIRCUIT FOUR: BICEPS
Strength: 3 Curls, 3 Pulses (Standard, Hammer)
Abs: Halo Abs
5️⃣ CIRCUIT FIVE: TRICEPS
Strength: Overhead Tricep Extensions
Abs: Single Arm Elevated Push Up + Shoulder Tap
