This workout targets every upper body muscle group in under 30 minutes -- we'll hit the shoulders, chest, triceps, back and biceps... with a lot of core work, too!

✨THE WORKOUT: 25-Minute Unilateral Arms and Abs✨
► EQUIPMENT: One Medium-to-Heavy Dumbbell. I'm using 10-20 lb dumbbells. Option to add a towel as well.

► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
✔️ 3 Circuits (2 strength exercises and 1 burnout exercise per circuit)
✔️ Timed Intervals (30 seconds of work, 10 seconds rest for the strength and 50 seconds of work, 20 seconds rest for the burnout move)
✔️ Repeat Each Circuit x2 Sets

1. Single Arm Lateral Raise + Hammer Front Raise
2. Balance Single Arm Tricep Kickback

1. 3-Count Single Arm Row
2. Eccentric 3 Count Lower Single Arm Bicep Curl

I’ve been a fan since I was recovering from having had my second baby. I workout in my bathroom while baby #3 naps! I’ve recovered better after NML workouts than any cardio I’ve ever done - this from a former college soccer player! Thanks Lindsey!!

Just started this 5-day split plan yesterday, and I have to say between yesterday and today's workout I'm feeling really good. Love the combination of compound moves( not sure if that's the correct word), It's so doable for me, I usually run 3- 5 miles 3-4 times a week, and decided to incorporate some strength training and found your channel & of course, subscribed...Thank you!!! you and Rachel are awesome, see ya tomorrow have a great day👍💯

Coming back to the NML videos after some time away and was interested to see/hear that there’s no music on these videos! I usually work out when my kids are asleep (with headphones in) and prefer the tunes to help keep me motivated! Curious why the change? Is there another way to follow along that allows me to listen to my own music and the RU-vid videos at the same time?
