What I love about your videos is there's no fluff. There's no over-the-top hype. There's just working out. Plus, the preview you show for the next exercise is FIRE! So many videos force you to waste time trying to figure out what movement they are doing. With yours, there's a seemless transition right into the next set of reps. I also love that your workouts are actually challenging. A lot of these "hardcore" workout seem to be for couch potatoes. But these workouts can really get you moving and tired.

Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

Week 2, Day 2 [02/05/23]; Workout completed! Arms have always been more challenging than legs for me, but I kept pushing and oh man, how proud I am. The one that gave me the most trouble was the third exercise of group two, but I still managed to finish it! To anyone reading this, remember you don't have to be perfect right away, it is progressive, and with time we'll get better!

Week 2 day 2 complete. My arms were a little sore so I went with 10lbs and increased the reps for some moves. The fly exercises were challenging so I’m still working my way up with those movements. Overall great workout.

I’ve really enjoyed the EMOM format the last couple of days, I think I like feeling like I’m more in control of how much rest I allow myself! Definitely got a good workout in.
SRC W2/D2 really enjoyed this! I had to drop to 10 pound dumbbells on the reverse flies but used 20 pounds for everything else except the chest press, which I was able to use 30s on. One thing I’m trying with my diet this week is not buying snacks where I struggle with portion control. So no peanut butter this week. You can’t lose weight when you’re eating 900 calories in peanut butter alone. 😅

W2D2 complete, absolutely cooked my arms with this workout 🔥💪 Used mostly 10kg dumbbells but had to drop to 8kg for a few exercises. Sat down at work for most of the day today so added the 30 minute STTB just to get in some more movement.
2023 Summer Ready Challenge Week 2 - Day 2 Am I the only one that is SO sore from yesterday? My legs definitely put in a lot of work. I am just so glad that today was an arm day because my poor legs could not handle any movement today. Arm days are 100% my favorite and today’s workout was 🔥 I realized after doing these workouts that my original goal doesn’t align with what I want now. Right now I am all about building muscle but a week ago I was just worried about losing weight. It’s crazy how in just one week I already have a different mindset.
Src w2D2 - upped my weights part way through and added in some additional reps too. Will start off on higher weights next time I do this workout. Loved it thanks team. Also, I upped my protein intake today by adding a couple of eggs in.
Day 2 Week 2 of SRC2023 complete. This is my best workout so far. We also took advantage of the additional upper body stretching video that was provided. It really helped out.
Top quality as usual. Been following the muscle group focus workouts from you guys for a bit now and loving them. Really feels like a nice level up from the full body strength workouts. I’m gettin pumped!
Great workout, I'm also in a boot (I broke my foot) so Juice has been my inspiration to get back to workouts! It's been hard to avoid the funk of feeling sorry for myself and making excuses due to pain & discomfort...nice to get some endorphins flowing again and help my recovery! Week 2 Day 2 2023 Summer Ready Challenge: This one got me, especially the floor work with the abs. I really enjoyed doing this workout and will be incorporating it into my workouts going forward. Nice arm and ab workout. I'm still working on getting my nutrition together to fuel my body with the right foods to have continued energy throughout my day.
SRC 2023: Week 2 Day 2: I got a great upper body pump and I love these EMOM workouts, upper body day is my favorite. Today I got in 50 oz of water, still not quite at my water goal, but I hope to do better tomorrow.

i recently got a set of dumbbells and been encorperating them into my workouts and stumbled across yalls videos. I really enjoy them and are my go to first thing in the morning. Not sure if its possible, with trying to keep the equipment minimal but i would love to see some 30 min back and biceps, chest and triceps , shoulders and abs or what not. The full body/upper body workouts are great but Id like to see/learn how to isolate the muscles and what i can do with out a bench or what i could use in place of it. Either way i love your videos and appreciate the time and effort you guys put into them. You both rock
Day 2 Week 2 Summer Ready Challenge!! I swear when I do a positive affirmation along the lines of, "Today's training can possibly be intense but you got this. You are strong. This is what you're training for." suddenly things become more bearable, doable, and also motivational! I have limited access to dumbbells at home but would like to do this workout with heavier weights later when I have them. As for nutrition, after trying an exotic tropical fruit called buah naga (dragon fruits) yesterday and including it into my diet, today I had another exotic tropical fruit called salak as part of my breakfast! I am excited on what to have for tomorrow and the rest of the week 🤩
